You'll design monetization experiences that balance business goals with creator and viewer trust on Twitch's live streaming platform. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to evolve revenue systems and mentor junior designers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers on cross-functional teams
• Learn from streamers and viewers to understand their needs and goals
• Design creative solutions to sustain streamers' monetization journey
• Contribute to design patterns and improve existing approaches
• Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in UX design with content discovery or engagement
• Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills with mobile prototyping
• Expertise with Figma
• Experience in E-Commerce/Monetization

• Experience working on consumer software products
• Experience with AI tooling
• Experience executing research plans by talking to real customers
