💼 About This Role

You'll drive net revenue retention for a fast-growing SaaS startup that powers measurable in-person GTM. You'll own renewals, uncover expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to ensure customers get maximum value from our platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Proactively manage renewals and secure timely contracts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and track engagement metrics

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record driving renewals and upsell revenue
  • Experience with Salesforce and Stripe
  • Direct revenue closing experience (renewals, cross-sell, upsell)

  • Experience in lead capture or digital business card industry
  • Established network of mid-market contacts
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from customer metrics
