You'll drive net revenue retention for a fast-growing SaaS startup that powers measurable in-person GTM. You'll own renewals, uncover expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to ensure customers get maximum value from our platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Proactively manage renewals and secure timely contracts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell expansion opportunities
- Monitor customer health and track engagement metrics
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of account management in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record driving renewals and upsell revenue
- Experience with Salesforce and Stripe
- Direct revenue closing experience (renewals, cross-sell, upsell)

- Experience in lead capture or digital business card industry
- Established network of mid-market contacts
- Analytical skills to derive insights from customer metrics
