Description

As a Program Manager on the Air Defense team, you will drive domestic CUAS deployments by ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination. You will build repeatable processes, manage program execution, and serve as the key link between technical teams and customers to protect critical national security assets.

Requirements

• Strong operator with experience scaling domestic civilian/commercial deployments
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks governing domestic CUAS operations (FAA, DHS, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and customer engagement
• Experience developing structured deployment plans and operational checklists
• Comfortable with ambiguity and executive-level communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program execution frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures
• Drive program coordination across engineering, product, growth, compliance, and supply chain
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and briefings to communicate program health
• Identify program risks early and drive mitigation strategies
• Oversee planning and coordination of CUAS deployments from planning through sustainment
