Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of previous supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and FDA food safety protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and after-hours
Responsibilities
- Lead sanitation team in safe chemical handling and PPE compliance
- Plan work schedules and coordinate cleaning projects with operations
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary meetings
- Inspect facilities and submit reports on cleanliness and repairs
