You'll lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients, assessing target strengths and risks across buy-side and sell-side transactions. You'll shape deal strategy and drive impact in a collaborative, high-performance culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Analyze historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and working capital
• Draft reports outlining normalized earnings, indebtedness, and post-transaction considerations
• Collaborate with performance improvement, restructuring, and investment banking colleagues

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required
• 10+ years of financial due diligence experience in Big Four
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling including three statement models

✨ Nice to Have

• Tableau and Alteryx experience preferred
• Established personal network for business development
