Description
You will provide hands-on technical support to end users, maintain enterprise hardware and software systems, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting, preparing and deploying hardware, managing user accounts, and maintaining systems documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in IT preferred
- 2+ years in desktop support, help desk, or customer support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office support
- Hands-on hardware maintenance experience (racking servers, deploying workstations)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for workstations, servers, and mobile devices
- Support and maintain Office 365 applications
- Prepare, deploy, and ship hardware to remote sites
- Assist with deployment of on-premises hardware including routers, switches, servers, and cabling
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, and LastPass
