🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of 3 Commercial TA Specialists
• Advise Commercial leadership on market intelligence and capacity planning
• Own and refine the Commercial Hiring Playbook and assessment frameworks
• Lead high-impact searches for senior-level roles across the organization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Commercial recruiting with 2+ years managing people
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market
• Expertise in Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Track record of building high-trust C-suite and VP-level relationships
