Description

In this remote role, you will work with a cross-functional team to design and implement technical solutions that improve government service delivery for communities in need. You will build relationships with government agencies, understand their technical needs, and lead proof-of-concept projects to modernize services.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions architecture or technical advisement
• Ability to build rapport with technical teams in government agencies
• Skills in implementing proof-of-concept applications and custom development
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead technical advisement, implementation, migration, and integration projects for government services
• Implement proof-of-concept applications, software installations, and custom development projects
• Work closely with clients to understand and map out detailed technical architecture, specifications, and requirements
• Develop and implement training plans to empower government agencies to modernize service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with government and partner organizations, clarifying problems and offering high-value technical solutions
