💼 About This Role

You'll provide mental health therapy to a diverse caseload of adults, children, and adolescents in a hybrid setting. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care, with full administrative support handling billing and scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adults and/or children
• Develop treatment plans and document progress in EHR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain minimum 3 days per week in-office presence

📋 Requirements

• Full licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Proficient in EHR software, telehealth platforms like Doxy and VSee
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT)
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
