• Deliver end-to-end hiring for tech roles across backend, frontend, mobile, data, and platform.

• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and automation tools to enhance recruiting efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience with strong focus on tech hiring.
• Proven track record hiring for product companies or high-growth startups.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and hiring challenges.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in recruiting analytics and metrics.
