💼 About This Role

You'll support US small businesses with bookkeeping and client care, managing a portfolio of 60-80+ clients. You'll own end-to-end financial records while building trust-based relationships with business owners. This role offers structured playbooks and coaching to help you grow quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and manage client financial data
• Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts
• Communicate via phone, email, and in-app messaging
• Proactively follow up for missing documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience with US businesses
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero)
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• US bookkeeping or tax filing experience
• Experience with cash-based accounting
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
