Description

You will support the networking, compute administration, and application needs of SpaceX's launch environment, directly enabling a safe and sustained launch cadence. Your work will involve deploying IT infrastructure, performing system upgrades, monitoring services, collaborating with teams, and maintaining compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years IT systems administration experience
• Hands-on Linux or Windows server administration
• Enterprise network administration and deployment experience
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, night shifts, on-call, and travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Augment and deploy new IT infrastructure for mission-critical networks
• Perform periodic systems upgrades and patches
• Monitor IT services and respond aggressively to incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Author and maintain documentation for IT systems
