You'll shape how the world sees InfluxData by translating our technology, vision, and customer impact into compelling stories that resonate across earned, owned, and paid channels. You'll focus on developing and scaling core narratives, from product launches to customer moments, ensuring clear, differentiated messaging. This role offers the chance to experiment with new channels and AI tools in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day PR program management and media outreach
• Support strategic comms for product launches and customer announcements
• Incorporate customer stories into broader company narratives
• Develop press releases, pitches, Q&As, and other strategic assets
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, DevRel, and Exec teams on stories

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product communications, ideally with B2B agency experience
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical topics
• Proven ability to shape narratives for media, social, and owned channels
• Highly proactive and accountable: takes ownership and moves things forward
