💼 About This Role

You'll review real estate transaction files for compliance with DRE and MLS standards. You'll ensure closing documentation meets ethical, contractual, and statutory guidelines. Your role provides peace of mind by catching details before closing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct routine reviews of open sales, lease, and referral transactions
• Work with Broker of Record and Transaction Coordinators to enhance efficiencies
• Review commercial, farm/ranch, and residential files pre- and post-closing
• Ensure real estate contracts, disclosures, and advisories are processed correctly

📋 Requirements

• Active California real estate license required
• 5+ years of real estate experience
• In-depth knowledge of MLS and transaction coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Google Suite
