You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and operations on the Growth team, driving performance across consumer lending originations. You'll own the analysis, shape the roadmap, and build operational infrastructure to scale. This is a high-impact role in a lean fintech environment where you write the playbook as you go.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute originations roadmap across direct mail, digital, and partner channels
• Build business cases to support channel expansion and testing
• Own funnel and conversion reporting with dashboards
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, or fintech
• Strong SQL skills to write queries independently
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau

• Prior experience in consumer lending originations
• Familiarity with origination platforms or call center operations
