🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments.
• Lead infrastructure automation and software-defined infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate build and release activities across engineering, QA, and operations.
• Manage source control, pipeline, build, and deployment systems day-to-day.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Git-based source control.
• 3+ years of Python or Shell scripting.
• 2+ years of infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
• 3+ years of Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in contact center, BPO, or telecom environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management.
