You'll own factory readiness initiatives from design through production ramp, acting as the owner's representative for a next-generation hardware manufacturing facility. You'll lead cross-functional projects at the intersection of manufacturing, operations, and infrastructure to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering design scope for facilities and utilities systems
• Manage third-party engineering firms and general contractors
• Oversee MEP construction activities and commissioning
• Drive permitting processes with local authorities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in facilities design and construction management
• Proven experience overseeing manufacturing construction projects over $50M
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, and industrial utilities

• Experience with BIM and 3D coordination
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols
• Familiarity with project scheduling software like Primavera or Smartsheet
