You'll support enterprise-scale IT environments and manage SaaS applications using IAM best practices. You'll solve complex technical challenges and improve workflows for a fast-growing ecommerce company. This role offers flexibility with remote work and quarterly in-person collaboration in Lincoln.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage stakeholders to identify root issues and develop solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for alignment with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical dependencies.
• Maintain positive, solution-focused mindset during challenges.

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT environments
• Experience with SaaS IAM, RBAC, SSO, and provisioning
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Hands-on with endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, MDT, Autopilot)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with core Microsoft technologies (Entra ID, M365, SQL Server, Exchange)
• Knowledge of application packaging and deployment
