You'll strategically prospect into CTOs and Engineering leaders in the Philippines' Financial Services Industry to drive growth for MongoDB's database platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and build a robust pipeline using tools like Salesforce and Outreach, contributing to revenue targets in a rapidly growing market.

- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders in Philippines FSI
- Build relationships and manage full sales cycle
- Develop strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales ecosystem to drive initiatives
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience closing new customers
- Must cover Philippines market within Financial Services Industry
- Native Filipino/English language skills
- Proven overachievement of sales targets

- Passion for growing career in database market
- Sales methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with databases, developers, open source
