Description

You will inspect and receive incoming orders, ensure accuracy and quality, handle invoices, and maintain storage areas. You'll perform inventories and work with management to ensure smooth supply flow. This role is key to supporting all departments in a high-end Korean steakhouse.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Proficient knife-handling skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming orders for accuracy and damage
• Offload and store supplies in correct areas
• Organize and label storage areas
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventories
• Conduct DOH walk-throughs and flag violations
