🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding for new sales hires from first week through ramp.
• Design and deliver ongoing sales trainings on product, process, and messaging.
• Create and maintain enablement assets like playbooks and battlecards.
• Track onboarding effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales enablement or revenue enablement.
• Proven experience building and running sales onboarding programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot).
