Join One Medical's Virtual Medical Team to provide evidence-based primary care via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups. You'll collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and deliver exceptional care to patients 24/7.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/ER seeing all ages within past 5 years
• Current NY license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (including one weekend day)

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (telephonic triage, video appointments, email follow-ups)
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care
