Description

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, conveyors, and automation systems to ensure operational uptime. You'll also mentor technicians, lead root cause analysis, and standardize maintenance procedures across the network.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with conveyor, automation, robotics, and/or refrigeration repair
• Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and diagrams
• Experience with PLC logic systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems
• Mentor maintenance personnel in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration skills
• Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events
