Description

As a Sales & Service Manager at ALO, you'll lead the store's sales and guest experience strategy, ensuring exceptional service through team coaching and client relationship building. You'll analyze sales opportunities, manage floor coverage, and partner with the General Manager to drive business targets.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee the Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through assessing guest connection and product education, and address gaps with feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales Service strategy
