💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate transportation services for seniors in the PACE program, ensuring efficient scheduling and high customer satisfaction. You'll oversee vehicle safety and communicate with drivers to keep participants on time for appointments. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule transportation services for maximum efficiency
• Communicate route changes and updates to drivers
• Route participants for internal and external appointments
• Document cancellations and no-shows in medical records

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Valid Class A, B, or C Driver's License
• At least 5 years with a driver's license and no more than 1 moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a public/private transportation setting

• Minimum of 2 years experience in dispatching
