💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end customer journey for SELECT by DoiT, an optimization solution for Snowflake. You'll design the Customer Success program from scratch and drive retention, expansion, and long-term value. This role offers the chance to build systems and playbooks in a scaling environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full portfolio of SELECT customers and manage lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Design and execute SELECT's Customer Success operating model
  • Deliver rapid Time to First Value through effective onboarding and training
  • Proactively identify customer risk and drive mitigation plans

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS company
  • Experience operating as a senior CSM in early-stage or scaling environment
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using CS tooling (e.g., Gainsight, Planhat, ChurnZero)
  • Proven ability to manage renewals, mitigate risk, and drive expansion

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Customer Success data analytics
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, Fivetran
  • Cloud provider or FinOps certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
