Drive scalable customer impact by creating reusable content and self-service resources, while maintaining technical credibility in distributed systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- 3+ years leading and developing technical teams
- Technical expertise in streaming platforms, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure software
- Strong coaching and team development skills
