Drive scalable customer impact by creating reusable content and self-service resources, while maintaining technical credibility in distributed systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles
  • 3+ years leading and developing technical teams
  • Technical expertise in streaming platforms, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure software
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
