This role focuses on building reliable, accurate, and scalable systems used daily by non-technical teams, operating on real-world data with measurable impact.

Requirements

• Experience with production-grade AI systems
• Proficiency in full-stack development: frontend (Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, serverless)
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and prompt design
• Ability to work with unstructured, evolving data
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered applications for business teams
• Design RAG systems, retrieval pipelines, and prompt architectures
• Optimize systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability
• Own systems end-to-end from design to iteration
• Develop reusable patterns for AI workflows and automation
