💼 About This Role

You'll lead Nourish's RD Clinical Quality function, managing a team of Clinical Quality Managers who coach over 7,000 dietitians. Your core impact will be improving provider effectiveness and patient retention through data-driven coaching systems. You'll collaborate with Product, Ops, and Payer teams to scale high-quality nutrition care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage CQM team performance and coaching impact targets
• Use data and call reviews to improve coaching effectiveness
• Establish performance management systems for CQMs
• Partner with Provider Enablement to define coaching standards
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Ops on scalable improvements

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Registered Dietitian with 4+ years clinical experience
• 4+ years of people management experience with multiple direct reports
• Metrics-driven with accountability for retention and outcomes
• Experience working with non-clinical teams like Product, Ops, or Data
