You will define and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Ridgeline's reporting engine and data retrieval layer, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance analytics. Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, ideally in reporting, analytics, or data platforms
• Proven experience partnering with engineers on complex technical systems
• Strong communication skills explaining technical topics to diverse audiences
• Strategic thinker balancing customer needs with platform scalability
• Demonstrated success managing backlogs and roadmaps for platform products

• Define and maintain strategy and roadmap for reporting engine and data retrieval layer
• Partner with engineering to deliver performance, scalability, and reliability in reporting
• Ensure all customer-facing data is reportable by default
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution for your product area
