You'll join a fast-growing digital assets company, transforming complex financial data into strategic insights that drive product and business decisions. You will own forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis to shape leadership strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across core product lines
• Build financial models for product strategy, pricing, and investment planning
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership
• Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate growth drivers and revenue performance

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
• Strong financial modeling skills connecting data to business outcomes
• Experience with ambiguous data environments and independent analysis
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3 environments
• Familiarity with Pigment or Google Workspace
• Exposure to capital allocation or M&A
