💼 About This Role

You'll support hospital implementations of Tandem Health's clinical platform, coordinating onboarding and go-live support. You'll be the on-the-ground partner driving workflow adoption and running structured feedback loops to improve the product. This role is based in Leiden with regular travel across the Netherlands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support hospital implementations end-to-end, including training and go-live support.
• Spend time with clinical teams to ensure workflows work in real conditions.
• Triage operational vs technical issues and escalate appropriately.
• Run structured feedback loops and relay insights to Product/Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in implementation, healthcare operations, or clinical informatics.
• Experience working in or alongside hospital settings.
• Ability to run implementation plans end-to-end with stakeholder alignment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

• Experience with hospital EHR workflows and clinical documentation patterns.
• Experience working in acute environments (ED, wards, outpatient clinics).
• Clinical background or familiarity with UX/service design.
