Description

You will lead Peloton's legal strategy for product safety, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Safety teams throughout the product lifecycle. You'll advise senior management and the Board, manage regulatory engagement, and drive safety-by-design principles to protect members and enable innovation.

Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and bar membership
• 12+ years legal experience focusing on consumer product safety
• Deep experience with CPSC regulations and processes
• Proven track record building product safety legal program
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the global product safety legal function
• Serve as key legal strategist to C-suite on product safety issues
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Safety Compliance teams
• Direct legal response to post-market safety escalations
• Lead engagement with global product safety regulators
