💼 About This Role

You'll partner directly with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leadership to build a world-class commercial organization at an AI company that's growing 5x YoY. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for Sales, CS, and Marketing, while designing the foundational systems that will scale our hiring engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs
• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles from sourcing to offers
• Build and iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and systems
• Act as market expert on GTM talent in San Francisco

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience focused on GTM roles
• Track record of partnering with GTM leaders and executives
• Deep familiarity with the San Francisco GTM talent market
• Comfort building from 0-1: setting up tools, processes, and systems
