💼 About This Role

You'll own governance and act as the conduit between internal teams and a vendor PMO for autonomous driving technology projects. You'll drive process excellence and cross-org communications to ensure alignment with corporate standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary liaison between internal organization and vendor PMO.
• Monitor vendor PMO performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Proactively identify cross-portfolio risks and escalate critical issues.
• Own program governance: milestone gates, design reviews, change control.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project/program management.
• 3 years in a PMO leadership or portfolio management role.
• Proven track record managing or auditing external construction management firms.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP, PgMP, or CCM certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, e-Builder, or Smartsheet.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Construction Management.
