Description

You will lead partnerships to accelerate Okta's identity and AI platform, working with internal teams and external partners to turn plans into reality. You'll identify emerging architectural patterns, influence the product roadmap, and represent Okta in conversations about Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical roles (Identity, Security, Cloud, or AI)
• Proven success in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations, or similar partner-facing role
• Deep technical knowledge of IAM, security architectures, and APIs
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities for identity and AI strategy
• Drive partnerships from discovery through technical design to successful launch
• Act as trusted advisor for partners ensuring integrations are secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade
• Build demos, labs, and documentation to showcase partnership value
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with ecosystem needs
