💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of ~20 Shoppers in a fast-paced fulfillment center, ensuring safety and performance. You'll coordinate shifts with over 100 teammates to deliver orders on time. This role offers hands-on leadership in a growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of ~20 Shoppers daily.
• Monitor performance to ensure orders are ready on time.
• Coordinate warehouse flows with other Captains.
• Handle reception, stock management, and truck dispatch.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a BAC+2/3 in logistics.
• Available for a 2-year apprenticeship with rotating shifts.
• Fluent in French and comfortable with digital tools.
• Have a vehicle for commuting to Moissy-Cramayel.
