You'll join the Flash technology team to map and analyze RH processes and develop automated solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding workflows. This temporary role offers autonomy to create and test ideas in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and analyze RH processes (recruitment, HRBP, onboarding, offboarding).
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Integrate systems via APIs and other technologies.
• Monitor and optimize automated processes.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with process automation (RPA, BPM or similar).
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Analytical and data-oriented profile.
