You'll provide customer support for a large Federal agency, answering calls and emails about FHA guidelines. Your core impact is ensuring mortgage professionals get accurate information quickly. You'll work remotely while contributing to government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer calls and emails from mortgage lending industry on FHA guidelines.
• Locate answers in knowledge database to acknowledge client requests.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years working with FHA loans (e.g., loan originator, processor, underwriter).
• 1+ year customer service or contact center background.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and use search tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Contact center experience (omnichannel).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written.
• FHA knowledge/experience.
