🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and configure UKG system updates and enhancements
• Maintain and audit HRIS data for accuracy and compliance
• Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards
• Train users and create SOPs for system adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of HRIS experience
• Hands-on UKG experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of HR operations including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation
• Experience with reporting tools like UKG or Excel

• Certification in UKG or related HRIS platform
