Description

You will provide legal advice on privacy compliance, improve privacy policies, and collaborate with business and compliance clients. Your work will involve data privacy impact assessments, standardization of policies, and guidance across various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data privacy
• Substantive knowledge of U.S. and EU privacy statutes (GDPR, CCPA)
• Experience with privacy impact assessments and data-sharing issues
• Active bar license in the state of residence
• Ability to go on-site in Houston

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on privacy compliance and policy improvements

• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
