💼 About This Role

You'll own delivery of Replit's highest-stakes, cross-functional programs, focusing on Agent development and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Research, GTM, and Leadership. You'll drive execution, surfacing dependencies and risks while operating as the technical glue between teams. This high-impact IC role combines deep technical fluency with the use of AI and automation to scale program management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional Agent programs
• Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Research, GTM, and Leadership
• Establish and run program operating cadence (milestones, reviews, retros)
• Use AI and automation to scale program management tasks

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of TPM experience with a track record of leading complex programs
• Deep technical fluency in distributed architecture, infrastructure, or AI/ML
• Clear, direct communication style with strong decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive progress independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Background as an engineering manager or senior engineer
• Experience leveraging AI tools, agents, or automation to increase execution velocity
