Description

You will own the UX process from discovery to execution for complex enterprise B2B software, working autonomously with a product manager and engineering team to create compelling product experiences in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Product Design experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS
• Experience designing products with generative AI/LLM features for B2B users
• Strong UX/research foundation with research-driven design process
• Communication skills and English fluency
• Proactive, curious, with a startup mindset

Responsibilities

• Own the UX process from discovery research through execution
• Conduct user interviews and research sessions in English
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and team
• Balance user needs with business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering counterparts
