Description

You will define product strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives in reporting, data infrastructure, and AI to support internal teams at Stripe. You'll drive the development of internal GenAI applications, platformize reporting, and collaborate with engineering, data science, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3 years experience in product design or engineering
• 3 years driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams
• 3 years experience working on UI/UX principles and best practices
• 2 years building Gen AI applications for fintech

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives across reporting, data infrastructure, and AI
• Drive development of internal GenAI applications including scoping, vendor eval, and change management
• Conduct feasibility analysis for data center localization to support global expansion
• Platformize reporting by building reusable data models and internal tools
• Oversee development of a semantic layer to standardize metrics and accelerate self-service analytics
