Description
You will lead and own a major Cash Solution partnership, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams to drive growth and ensure smooth onboarding. You'll monitor KPIs, participate in process optimization, and track market trends to support partnership strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in business development, sales, account management, or analyst role, preferably in fintech or B2B
- Proactive and partner-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with data and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German (min. B2) and English
Responsibilities
- Lead and own a major Cash Solution partnership independently
- Act as liaison between partners, external parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Gather and synthesize partner feedback to identify further opportunities
- Monitor partnership performance and track KPIs
- Participate in process optimization, risk/incident mitigation, and efficiency-increasing projects
