Description

You will lead and own a major Cash Solution partnership, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams to drive growth and ensure smooth onboarding. You'll monitor KPIs, participate in process optimization, and track market trends to support partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in business development, sales, account management, or analyst role, preferably in fintech or B2B
  • Proactive and partner-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with data and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German (min. B2) and English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own a major Cash Solution partnership independently
  • Act as liaison between partners, external parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback to identify further opportunities
  • Monitor partnership performance and track KPIs
