Description

You will support and lead end-to-end ceded reinsurance placements, including strategy, structuring, and execution of catastrophe bonds and sidecar issuances. Working closely with brokers, internal teams, and executive leadership, you'll drive placement outcomes and optimize risk transfer and capital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead end-to-end reinsurance placements with brokers, internal teams, and executive leadership
• Coordinate catastrophe bond and sidecar diligence efforts, managing requests and documentation for external legal counsel
• Support reinsurance placement strategy, structuring, business planning, and financial analysis
• Optimize risk transfer and capital strategies for carrier partner mandates
• Drive placement outcomes and support internal and affiliated captive mandates
