💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth within the health plan segment by securing partnerships for Sword's Mental Health AI Care platform (Mind). You'll own regional market development, build a high-quality pipeline, and lead deal execution for complex opportunities in the behavioral health space. This role emphasizes heavy collaboration within a high-caliber team to scale Sword's presence across the payer landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and close complex enterprise deals with health plans.
• Build senior executive relationships with payer decision-makers.
• Partner with SMEs to refine financial models and collateral.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with forecasting and dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Sales or Business Development experience.
• 3+ years selling directly into the cardiometabolic space.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota with multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Deep understanding of payer landscape and diverse LOBs.
