💼 About This Role

You'll provide assessment and IEP support for K-5 students with mild/moderate disabilities in a general education setting at a public charter school network in San Diego County. You'll collaborate with teachers and families to implement personalized learning plans and accommodations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in general education.
• Develop goals and strategies with general education teachers for students with IEPs.
• Provide accommodations to encourage learning and success for students with individual needs.
• Identify and support students' social, emotional, and behavioral learning needs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential or out-of-state equivalent.
• 1+ year working with students as a Teacher, Intern, or Academic Coach preferred.
