💼 About This Role

You'll design and standardize control systems across EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions fleet, including power generation and energy storage. You'll drive integration between control platforms and ensure consistent performance across mixed equipment types. This role offers fully remote work and the chance to transform the construction industry with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate control systems across generators, BESS, and electrical distribution equipment
• Develop and standardize PLC logic and HMI interfaces for multiple OEM platforms
• Configure communication using Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet-based protocols
• Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems in field and factory

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in controls system engineering or equivalent
• Experience with PLC-based control systems
• Strong understanding of Modbus mapping and data structuring
