You'll act as a trusted advisor, building success plans and analyzing product usage to maximize customer value.   • Drive client renewals and retention targets with Account Executives
  • Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance
  • Analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
  • Maintain regular contact via check-ins and Executive Business Reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or related field
  • Experience managing complex accounts with sophisticated clients
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, or Marketing Automation
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Experience with enterprise customers over 1,000 employees
  • Knowledge of HTML or programming
