You'll partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals and retention for large retail brands. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building success plans and analyzing product usage to maximize customer value. - Drive client renewals and retention targets with Account Executives
- Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance
- Analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
- Maintain regular contact via check-ins and Executive Business Reviews
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or related field
- Experience managing complex accounts with sophisticated clients
- Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, or Marketing Automation
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills

- Experience with enterprise customers over 1,000 employees
- Knowledge of HTML or programming
